The chalet is fully furnished and includes ready-made beds, 1 set of bath towels per guest and equipped kitchen. Furnishings and amenities may exhibit signs of wear and tear. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change and may or may not be the exact the same as represented due to replacement, substitution or other reasons.

Cancellation Policy
Up to 60 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total payment. For cancellations within 60 days prior to arrival, the total payment is due.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in is allowed only with prior written approval. Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Prior written approval is required for late check-out. Cleaning and maintenance are pre-scheduled, so adhering to the check-out time is very important.
Complaints
Complaints regarding the rental property should be made by the Guest at the time of taking possession, otherwise it will be assumed that the property, in accordance with the inventory, has been found in good condition, as agreed in the contract. The Guest further engages to undertake nothing which could be detrimental to the house or the contents, to report immediately to the Owner everything which is in any way damaged or appears to be defective.
Disturbances and Illegal Activity
Guest and their guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, respecting the rights of the surrounding neighbors and shall not create noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of our chalet. Outdoor noise, or noise carrying outside from inside the property should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour.
Garbage
Guest shall dispose all waste material generated during the rental period and put the trash in the exterior trash collection point – the little wooden house 100m at right hand side from the chalet direction to village. Guest is cautioned not to leave unsealed trash inside or outside for long periods of time to avoid pests.
Hold Harmless
The Guest and all occupants shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the owner against any and all claims of personal injury, property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guest also expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the owner may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guests and that Guests should purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.
Lost items
Owner shall bear no responsibility for lost, stolen or abandoned items. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the Guest for return. Owner shall not be held liable for condition of said items.
Occupancy
Guest agrees that the chalet shall be occupied by no more than the number of individuals (including children and infants) indicated on the website listing. Day/evening guests are limited to 6 people. Should Guest wish to entertain or have more than 6 guests, Guest must obtain pre-approval by the owner.
Owners Property
Guest agrees not access any locked storage areas or areas not expressly meant for guests, even if unlocked which contains owners property and may contain wine, cleaning supplies and or items that could be hazardous to children and adults.
Payment Instructions
The owner accepts pre-payment by Credit card or Bank Transfer. Rental is only confirmed once the pre-payment of 100% of total payment plus security deposit is received per Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
If the pre-payment is not being received within 7 days of booking we reserve the right to release the booking. Please pay the rental fee to the following account:

Pets
Pets are allowed if upfront approval given by owner.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of CHF 3’000 is required as pre-payment. It's fully refundable within 14 days after guest check-out as long as there isn't any damage to the property.
Smoking
No smoking is allowed in the chalet. If smoking does occur in the chalet, Guest may be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including but not limited to stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.
Systems / Furnishing / Amenity Failures
In the event the chalet sustains a failure of a system, including but not limited to water, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, appliances, Internet, heat pump or other failures of furnishings or amenities, the owner will make every reasonable effort to repair or replace the failed system or equipment and in such event, Guest agrees to permit owner or service provider to have reasonable access to the chalet to inspect and make repairs. No refund of rents shall be given for outages and failures.
WLAN/Internet
Services are provided as a convenience. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use or personal preferences with regards to service.
Other occurrences
Owner does not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by but not limited to the following: weather conditions, natural disasters, pests, pandemics, acts of god or other reasons beyond its control shall be no refunds of rents because of shortened stays or departures due to work and family emergencies. It is recommended that Guest considers the purchase of travel insurance
Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
Where this contract contains no special conditions Articles 253 to 274 of the Swiss code of Obligations are applicable. In case of any dispute arising from the contract in question Zug, Switzerland, counts as the place of jurisdiction, Swiss law is applicable.
